A specialty coffee roaster in Alexandria. We roast in small batches four days a week and sell it three ways: online and by subscription, at the roastery bar, and wholesale to forty Sydney cafés and offices. We also teach the barista academy upstairs and service espresso machines on our own bench, because a good coffee on a badly kept machine is a bad coffee.

- Barista Foundations — half day — AUD 195: Four hours on a commercial machine: dialling in, milk texture, workflow. Eight seats. Certificate of completion.
- Latte Art Masterclass — AUD 145: Hearts, tulips and rosettas, with a trainer at your elbow. For people who can already steam milk.
- Home Espresso Clinic — AUD 85: Bring your machine and grinder. We dial them in with your beans and fix your workflow.
- Saturday Public Cupping — AUD 30: Six coffees, blind, and a roaster explaining what you're tasting. Ten seats.
- Espresso machine service — AUD 220: Full service on our bench: group seals, shower screens, descale, pressure and temperature check. Loan grinder while you wait for parts.
- Commercial machine repair — on request: Diagnosis and repair of café machines, on site or on our bench. Quoted after inspection.
- Wholesale café setup — on request: Blend development, grinder calibration, staff training and a supply agreement. Quoted per site.
