When a battery isn't worth it yet
A battery pays back on the difference between what you'd import and what you'd export. If you're on a legacy feed-in tariff, or nobody's home in the evening, that difference is small and the payback is long.
We'll tell you when the answer is 'not yet'. Roughly a third of the time it is.
