Our story
Marion opened the studio in 2016 after eleven years as a colour educator, on the theory that most colour disasters are consultation failures rather than technical ones. The free consultation has been non-negotiable since day one.
Values
We will tell you no. If your hair won't hold the shade you've seen online, you'll hear that at the consultation and not after four hours in a chair.
Privacy policy
Foil & Fold collects only what it needs to do the work, keeps it for three years, and anonymises rather than deletes so the record of what happened survives the person leaving.
How to complain, and what happens next
A complaint reaches the owner the same day. You get an answer within two working days and a named person who owns it until it is closed.
