Northlight Solar has installed across South East Queensland since 2013. Twelve installers, four crews, and a rule that no quote goes out without a shading model of the actual roof.

We handle warranty claims ourselves. When a panel fails in year eight you call us, not a manufacturer's overseas support line.

Northlight Solar collects only what it needs to do the work, keeps it for three years, and anonymises rather than deletes so the record of what happened survives the person leaving.

## FAQ
Q: Why is your quote higher?
A: We model shading and use your real consumption instead of a state average, which usually changes the recommended layout. And our workmanship warranty is ten years, not two.
Q: Am I eligible for the STC rebate?
A: If your system is under 100kW, installed by a CEC-accredited installer and your property is on the grid — yes. It comes off the quoted price, we don't ask you to claim it.
Q: Will a battery pay for itself?
A: On current SEQ tariffs, usually 9 to 12 years — longer than most sales people admit. If blackout protection matters to you the maths is different, and we'll say which case you're in.
Q: Who handles a warranty claim?
A: We do. You call us, we deal with the manufacturer. That's the main reason people pay our price.
