Q: How do you price an engagement?
A: Fixed price against a fixed scope. The assessment is $6,500 and tells you whether the build is worth doing — if the answer is no, we say so and you have spent $6,500 instead of $200,000.
Q: What if AI is not the answer for us?
A: Then that is what the assessment says. Roughly a third of them end that way. We would rather write that report than build something you quietly stop using.
Q: Do we need our own data team?
A: No. You need somebody who owns the problem. We bring the engineering and hand it back with the team trained to run it.
